AOR's 18th Annual Party: Trim the Fat

Every year, AOR hosts their annual party and markets it heavily. I was in charge of designing the look & feel for the collateral and concept behind "Trim The Fat"—a double entendre dealing with both the recent economic troubles, and a heck of a lot of meat.

Naturally, the party focused in on the meat aspect of this phrase: heavy, aggressive type, playful illustrations and minimal grunge. The AOR logo was temporarily replaced by a "USDA Approved" sign. Print invites were placed in meat trays similar to those you might find in a grocery store, wrapped lovingly in butcher paper and sent off to all the invitees, and everybody at the agency donned their "All Pork, No Bull" shirts.

But really, most importantly, the party was a huge hit.
