The Indigo brochure was part of a full branding package for a new condominium development. The client already had a logo in mind, and decided that they ultimately wanted a fluid, relaxing (and convincing) design for the brochure they hand out to potential buyers, and that they wanted an edition of 2,000. Needless to say, I got to work focusing on a liquid motif compiled from stock photography paired with a cool color scheme. The result felt all-at-once modern, calm and persuasive. The modern & fluid feel of the brochure contrasted against the classic & somewhat rigid logotype makes for an interesting tension that ultimately draws the prospective buyer in.
