32nd Starz Denver Film Festival

After braingstorming ideas with my place of employment, AOR, we settled on a theme of Destination: Anywhere for Denver's biggest annual film festival that transforms the town.

Our reasoning? Cinema can take you places, and that was the focus of the collateral. By using the central concept of a theater chair transplanted into surreal, dream-like collages of familiar places (among them: America, Mexico, Italy and Eastern Europe), the collateral here transports it viewers to a whimsical space usually reserved for celluloid.

The work here involved assembling a number of images and symbols for these locations without being heavy-handed, and then simply collaging them all together in Photoshop.
